Naturopathic medicine is a system of primary health care that addresses illness and imbalance by identifying the root cause of disease. Our focus is on the use of natural therapies to support and stimulate your body’s natural healing process.

Naturopathic doctors are trained to diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions including, but not limited to:

Our Qualifications

Naturopathic Doctors are required to complete a 4-year, post graduate degree in Naturopathic Medicine including a 1-year clinic rotation. After completing this education, Naturopathic Doctors are required to successfully complete a licensing board exam. Naturopathic Doctors are licensed, primary care health providers. Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario is regulated by the College of Naturopathic of Ontario (CONO).

Naturopathic services provided by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor are not covered by OHIP. Most extended benefit plans offer some coverage. This differs from plan to plan.
